* Participants must purchase a SCIENTIFIC LECTURE package as a prequisite for this selection.

* ORP participants are entitled to attend the scientific lectures.

Participants aged 65 years and above (senior citizens) are entitled to complimentary registration. Kindly contact the Secretariat at +62 21 5292 0303 or +62 852 1001 1818 to obtain an invitation code required for the registration process.
USD values are provided for reference only.
Currency conversion will be based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
