•  All abstracts must be submitted in English.

• A clear description of the design should be included.

• Abstracts cannot exceed a limit of 300 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations). 

• All abstract will undergo a blinded review process, please remove all authorship identifiers in the abstract word file. Authorship data will be inputted in on our submission system.  

• Your abstract should be structured as follows and each heading should be in a separate paragraph:

               Title

               Background

               Material & Methods

               Results

               Discussion

• Abbreviations must be defined in brackets after when first used in the text.

• The use of references is discouraged.

• An automatically generated confirmation will be sent to the email address of the contact person after an abstract submission.

• Please submit your abstract(s) in English, Ms. Word, Times New Roman font 12.

• Please submit your abstract(s) at the latest 27 June 2026.

• Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstract by email in early July 2026.

• After acceptance of your abstract the presenting author should register within two weeks. Otherwise the paper wil be rejected.
